HR Business Partner

Skillflex is looking for 2 HR Business Partner

Full Time

Your responsibilities will be:

• Recruitment & Selection (blue’ and white collars): job posting (internal / external), contacts with Forem/ Interim agencies. Selections of the candidates (Sreening, interviews & references). Follow-up of the applications and give feedbacks

• Ensuring the working contracts and welcoming phase/ Induction programs of the new workers

• Support the Training plan for news hires – follow up the evaluation process (Support Week+1 & Month+1 Evaluation with the team leaders and ops managers).

• Take action and follow up on disciplinary and sensibilisation with workers (lates, damage products…)

• Ensuring clockings are daily updated and support the department to ensure cost center data are correct in alignment with HR and Operation department

• Admin: Up-date files (trainings, absenteeism, warning letters…), support on developing innovative HR processes, supporting administration in general

• Continuous open communication with the staff and the different departments


• You have a master degree in HR, or bachelor with 5 years relevant experience

• You have good knowledge in social legislation and habituated to work with blue and white collars

• You have a relevant experience in recruitment and evaluations

• You are figures oriented, and put all your reflexion in each one of your actions

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Mainly Excel)

• Have very good knowledge of French and Dutch

• You are dynamic and autonomous (schedules/work sites/tasks/priorities)

• You are team player, assertive and have excellent communication skills

5 à 10 ans d'expérience

Salaire selon expérience entre 3000 et 3800€ + avantages extra-légaux. Voiture de société est une possibilité (dépendra du salaire et l’expérience donc ne pas proposer de suite).
