"Skillflex is looking for Freight Forwarder Import Sea
Move forward as Freight Forwarder Import Sea in Puurs.
About the role
As a Freight Forwarder Assistant, you will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of our subcontractors.
You will also liaise with their drivers and various internal departments.
Tasks:
- Monitoring non-conformities after loading distribution vehicles;
- Verifying delivered documents;
- Managing internal mail and email inboxes (pickup and delivery requests);
- Communicating errors, uncertainties, and deviations to the internal international planning departments;
- Preparing various transport documents (e.g., CMR, ADR, etc.);
- Providing instructions to the relevant drivers;
- Following up on transport assignments;
- Adjusting transport schedules as needed.

- Are you the perfect fit?
- You have a first administrative experience or you just obtained your bachelor's degree;
- You have a strong affinity with the transport or logistics industry;
- You possess strong language skills (Dutch, English);
- You are flexible and able to work in shifts (between 7 AM and 7 PM);
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
